SEEKING: Customer Relations Assistant – Clublinks – Bingara Gorge

We are currently seeking a Customer Relations Assistant to join the team based at Bingara Gorge for a 12 month maternity leave replacement position. Bingara Gorge is a Lendlease created Community and upon completion will be the home of an 18-hole golf course, three swimming pools, tennis courts, cafes, restaurants, retail, childcare, primary school, parks and playgrounds.

This role will provide administration and customer relations support for the community and golf operations. Flexibility in hours is required and it is envisaged that this role will work a varied roster either Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday.

Reporting to the General Manager and Golf Operations Manager responsibilities will include:

  • Customer service both in person and via telephone and email for community members and visitors to Bingara Gorge
  • Retail sales and service including hospitality and golf products
  • Database administration
  • General administration support for the General Manager and Community Liaison Officer.

Successful candidates will have:

  • A proactive, innovative, outcome focussed approach, bringing energy into the workplace
  • Excellent communication, time management  and multi-tasking skills
  • Have at least 3 – 5years experience working within Customer Service or administration role
  • Be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
  • Be  proactive, possess a positive attitude and exceptional communication skills
  • Be experienced in working with the Microsoft office suite of programs, point of sale systems
