About Royal Sydney

Royal Sydney is a Sydney icon originally established in 1893. It recognised nationally and internationally for its world class facilities. With 17 modern accommodation rooms set in historical surroundings that provide amazing harbour and golf course views. We have a fine dining restaurant, several other food & beverage outlets and multiple function rooms. Royal Sydney is renowned for international events in both golf and tennis, other facilities including a gymnasium with two swimming pools, bowling greens, croquet lawns and squash courts.

Your Role

The position involves all aspects of Front Desk Reception, including

  • Accommodation enquires, performing both check-in and check-out services
  • Proving exceptional service to members and guests with a very broad range of enquires and requests.
  • Answering telephone calls in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Ensuring a smooth running Front Desk and striving to exceed member and guest expectations.

Successful Candidate Will:

  • Demonstrate a passion for customer service
  • Have excellent organisation, communication and time management skills.
  • Have advanced computer skills including word, excel and outlook programs.
  • Have customer service and front desk experience
  • Be available to work rotating hours this includes morning, afternoon, weekends and public holidays.
