Recruitment Specialist – Part time 24 hours p/w

6 months Project

Reporting directly to the HR Manager, the Club is seeking a part time (3 days a week for 6 months) recruitment specialist to proactively work on reviewing the entire recruitment process, strategy and solutions for recruitment for each area, as well as assisting the HR Advisor up to 1 day a week in learning general HR duties to ensure the day to day functions of HR are completed. The days on offer are flexible to the successful candidate.

What will I be doing?

You will be a true recruitment specialist who has experience reviewing recruitment processes and implementing new processes, understands recruitment market trends and can work with a range of stakeholders to influence a new way of thinking in recruitment and train managers on recruitment trends and interviewing techniques.

What does the Club need from me?

  • Strong recruitment experience
  • Ability to learn other HR generalist and transactional tasks
  • Ability to develop recruitment strategies and project manage the recruitment review
  • Well-developed written, verbal and inter-personal communication skills
  • Flexibility with working days and hours
  • Immediate start
