Golf Central at Brisbane Airport is a leading golf and entertainment facility, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and charismatic Administration Assistant to join the team.
The Admin Assistant/Business Support will work hand in hand with our department leaders to support the day to day operation of Golf Central.
The tasks required of the Administration Assistant will include, but not be limited to:
- System management to include Point of Sale (ie stock input), Office 365 (ie document management), O,H&S system, membership and HR systems (ie employee on-boarding and roster system)
- General office coordination, including organisation and filing
- Working with Department leaders to document Standard Operating procedures
- Placing of stock orders (Stationary, hospitality etc)
- Meeting minutes
- Provide direct assistance to the Marketing Manager and Events team
The success candidate will:
- have great communication skills;
- be well presented, honest and reliable;
- able to work autonomously;
- be competent in working with and learning systems;
- have held a similar position with a minimum of 2 years working experience;
- have own transport; and
- ability to work in Australia long term.
The role would suit a person looking for part-time or full-time, with flexible work hours.
