Position: Arborist / Tree Maintenance

Location: Indooroopilly Golf Course, Indooroopilly Brisbane

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: Negotiated with the right applicant.

Commencement Date: Early March 2026

About the Role: As our Arborist, you will play a vital role in the care, maintenance, and management of trees and wooded areas across the golf course. You’ll be working as part of a skilled grounds team to ensure our course remains both safe and visually stunning for players and visitors alike.

Key Responsibilities: Tree pruning, removal, and canopy management Disease and pest identification and treatment Tree planting and transplanting Use and maintenance of chainsaws, chippers, and other arborist equipment Working safely at heights and around machinery Supporting general grounds maintenance as needed

Requirements: Experience in arboriculture or tree maintenance (golf course or parks experience is a plus) Certificate III in Arboriculture or equivalent preferred but not essential Competence in safe use of tree climbing gear and power tools A strong understanding of tree health, safety, and environmental care Physically fit and able to work in outdoor condition Team player with a proactive attitude
