Position Overview

Sanctuary Cove Golf and Country Club is seeking a skilled Events Assistant to support our Functions Manager and Food and Beverage team service Members and guests in a highly professional manner.

The Events Assistant will be responsible for providing prompt, friendly and efficient customer service, events administration support and delivering functions and events of the highest quality. The role requires attention to detail in planning, preparing, executing and finalising events.

We host golf and social events so you will need to be flexible to work a 7-day rotating roster including weekend work.

Selection Criteria

  • Minimum two (2) years’ experience in an events coordinator or events administration role
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
  • High level organisation and administration skills with the ability to multi-task, be flexible with demands where possible and adhere to deadlines
  • Golf knowledge will be highly regarded
  • Micropower experience will be highly regarded
