Hospitality Supervisor – Full Time
The Lakes Golf Club provides its staff with world class facilities and a fun, positive and highly motivated work environment. We are regarded as one of Australia’s leading private golf clubs with an international reputation for providing our members and their guests with outstanding service and facilities. The Club is located in King Street Mascot and is approximately 20 minutes from the CBD.

The successful applicant will possess a positive can-do attitude and great organisation skills. Previous experience in a five star hotel, fine dining restaurant or other private golf club would be beneficial.
This is a full time role of 40 to 45 hours per week with the focus on providing an outstanding experience to our members and their guests. To be successful in the role you will need to display a passion for making people happy and providing exceptional service. This role offers something rare in Hospitality, genuine work life balance, as this role is primarily day shifts with one three-day weekend per month and no split shifts. Training and support is also provided to assist with your career advancement.
The key responsibility is making our members happy. This includes supervision, organisation and leadership of our talented team, barista duties, a la carte dining service, bar service and café service.
