We are seeking a Junior Sous Chef & Chef de Partie to join the team at the world class National Golf Club (Cape Schanck site) situated on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula. The National is a 72 hole private members’ golf club, providing four unique golfing experiences.
The successful applicants are expected to possess the following attributes:
- Experience in A la Carte, wedding and high volume kitchens;
- A strong work ethic and be able to work well under pressure;
- Excellent presentation;
- As well as being able to work weekends, the successful applicant must be reliable, punctual, and flexible with working hours;
- Have a knowledge and interest in produce and current food trends.
