ABOUT THE ROLE
Due to the recent resignation of our longstanding Club Manager, Te Puke Golf Club is looking for a full-time Club Manager wanting to join a fun, friendly, and progressive country golf club that is fast getting a reputation around New Zealand as a must-play golf course in the Bay of Plenty.
The successful applicant will ideally have had some previous experience in club administration/management and must have proven staff management experience. You will also need to show evidence of being able to work across different levels of stakeholders within an organisation.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a club that is in a very strong position for further growth and to implement initiatives that will strengthen the club’s financial position and membership.
We have a longstanding core membership that is very proud of this golf course and a culture of volunteering for the improvement of the club and golf course. In this regard, you will need to be a people person and want to be a professional representation of the club and membership in all your dealings.
This is a salaried position and because it is a club, the applicant must be prepared to be flexible, fill in where needed, be visible and available to members and visitors, and work occasional weekends.
If you want to be part of an exciting, growing Golf Club, have a passion for the game of golf, and want to make a difference, then please forward your application by way of a covering letter and CV to Craig McCulloch via the tab below:
