1. Sales & Business Development:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the Australian market.
  • Identify and secure partnerships with key retail channels, including golf shops, pro shops, and specialist sporting goods retailers.
  • Represent the company at industry events, golf shows, and demo days to generate leads and build brand awareness.

 

2. Operations & Customer Service:

  • Manage all logistics, warehousing, and inventory to ensure efficient order fulfillment and distribution across Australia.
  • Oversee the customer service function, providing exceptional support to build brand loyalty and manage returns or repairs.
  • Coordinate with the global team in the US on supply chain, inventory planning, and any product-related updates.
  • Ensure all operations meet Australian legal and compliance requirements.
