1. Sales & Business Development:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the Australian market.
- Identify and secure partnerships with key retail channels, including golf shops, pro shops, and specialist sporting goods retailers.
- Represent the company at industry events, golf shows, and demo days to generate leads and build brand awareness.
2. Operations & Customer Service:
- Manage all logistics, warehousing, and inventory to ensure efficient order fulfillment and distribution across Australia.
- Oversee the customer service function, providing exceptional support to build brand loyalty and manage returns or repairs.
- Coordinate with the global team in the US on supply chain, inventory planning, and any product-related updates.
- Ensure all operations meet Australian legal and compliance requirements.
