Join the excitement within the Food, Beverage and Events space at one of Sydney’s leading golf and entertainment venues, Moore Park Golf!
We have a casual position available for an enthusiastic and driven Chef to join our team, hit the ground running and live up to the culture and values of Clublinks.
Reporting to the Kitchen Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring the delivery of high quality food from preparation through to service across all outlets.
You will support food production across:
- Park View Bar
- Patio Café
- Driving Range (me&u service)
- Functions and event spaces.
With trade largely occurring during day light hours in line with our Golf Course, we prioritise work-life balance. Early evening finishes are the standard and late night shifts are rare for our chefs.

About you
- Comfortable working in high paced, active F&B environment and delivering exceptional results
- Experience in a la carte, paddock to plate, fresh to order cooking, banquets/events, high-end plate up skills
- Minimum 1 proven year experience working in a similar role within the Hospitality industry
- High attention to detail and standard of food preparation and productivity
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Creativity and a passion for the role and desire to succeed
- Energetic and vibrant approach
- Food Safety Certificate
We are looking for someone available to work the below shifts:
- Monday: 11:00am – 3:00pm
- Wednesday to Friday: 5:30am – 1:00pm
- Saturday: 6:00am – 2:00pm
