Casual Golf Attendant

Freeway Golf Course | Balwyn North, VIC

GreenSpace Management is seeking a motivated and reliable Casual Golf Attendant to join our team at Freeway Golf Course in Balwyn North.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, customer-focused and enjoys working in a team environment. This is a hands-on role involving customer service, golf operations, food and beverage service and general facility maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to all golfers and visitors.
• Manage golf bookings, customer enquiries and point-of-sale transactions.
• Assist with daily Golf Shop operations, including retail sales and stock management.
• Food and beverages operations.
• Assist with general cleaning, maintenance and presentation of the facility.
• Support golf events, competitions and group bookings.
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures and operational requirements.

Essential Requirements

• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
• Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
• Current First Aid certificate.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.

Desirable

• Previous experience in golf, hospitality or retail.
• An interest in golf or knowledge of the game.
• Experience using point-of-sale and booking systems.
