You will be responsible for assisting the running of the day-to-day operations of the kitchen whilst supporting other team members on site to ensure the production of high-quality food for all hospitality outlets.

About you

Essential

• Minimum 3 proven years’ experience working in a similar role within a la carte kitchen
• High attention to detail and standard of food preparation and productivity
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Proven track record of working in a high paced, active F&B environment and delivering exceptional results
• Creativity, a passion for the role and desire to succeed
• Energetic and vibrant approach
• Punctual and solution-orientated
• Food Safety Certificate
• First Aid & National Police Check
