About the Role:
Working under the Head Chef and Sous Chef, you will assist in the daily operations of the kitchen, contributing to food preparation, service, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with food preparation and service across breakfast, lunch, dinner, and functions
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Assist with stock rotation and storage
  • Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Help keep the kitchen clean and organised

About You:

  • Qualified chef or currently completing commercial cookery training
  • Previous experience in a commercial kitchen preferred
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and public holidays
  • Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
