About the Club

Nambour Golf Club is where you get the feeling you are closer to tropical Cairns than the sub-tropical Sunshine Coast. With the course centred around a valley full of beautiful rainforest pockets, it has Queensland written all over it. To play Nambour is a golfing experience not to be missed. The picturesque Nambour Golf Club is situated just 15 minutes from the beach or the hinterland. Nambour Golf Club is the oldest golf club on the Sunshine Coast and has a reputation for being a friendly, welcoming club for both members and guests.

  • Represent the Club to stakeholders and develop community and commercial partnerships

The Ideal Candidate

We’re seeking a dynamic, people-focused leader who is confident in operations and brings a blend of commercial thinking and astuteness. You will:

  • Lead with authenticity, working productively with a volunteer Management Committee
  • Demonstrate financial and strategic capability with proven results
  • Be hands-on and approachable, whether engaging members on the veranda or dealing with key stakeholders
  • Inspire and manage teams effectively, fostering accountability and positivity
