An exciting opportunity awaits an enthusiastic person to become part of our course maintenance team— honoured with the ASTMA Sportsturf Management Team of the Year award in 2025. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to contribute to the upkeep of our renowned Long Island Golf Course located in Frankston. This position may also suit someone who is taking a gap year or looking for an apprenticeship.

About the Role

You will report to the Long Island Course Superintendent and play a key role in maintaining our course. You’ll work with state-of-the-art Toro turf machinery and the latest renovation equipment, with full training provided. This hands-on role includes early starts, weekend rosters, and opportunities for overtime.
