The Opportunity

As Course Superintendent, you will lead the execution of our course masterplan while maintaining exceptional daily presentation standards across one of the country’s most photographed golf courses.

Working alongside an experienced General Manager, a supportive Board and a highly capable established greenkeeping team, you will have the resources, trust and backing to deliver meaningful change over the coming decade.

This role offers the rare balance of strategic leadership and hands-on course management in an environment where innovation is encouraged and investment is genuine.

You’re an exceptional turf professional, but equally a leader who enjoys building teams, delivering projects and creating something lasting.

You will bring:

• Proven leadership of high-performing course maintenance teams.
• The ability to execute major capital and infrastructure projects.
• A passion for course presentation and exceptional playing surfaces.
• Strong planning, budgeting and resource management skills.
• An innovative mindset that embraces technology, sustainability and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with members, management and governance.
• A desire to leave a legacy through thoughtful long-term course development.
