Carbrook Golf Club is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Golf Operations Assistant to join our team.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in presentation and service standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Deliver professional and friendly service to members and guests
• Manage tee time bookings, check-ins and general golf enquiries
• Assist with competition and event setup
• Prepare and maintain golf carts and equipment
• Support pro shop retail operations and sales
• Maintain presentation standards across golf operations areas

About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Computer literacy is essential (booking/POS systems experience advantageous)
• Available to work weekends and peak golf periods
• Minimum 20 hours per week availability
• Reliable, well-presented and team-oriented
• Golf knowledge desirable
• MiClub experience advantageous (not essential)
• Current RSA or willingness to obtain
• Australian work rights required

Hours & Availability

Minimum 20 hours per week, with flexibility by agreement
Rate of pay will be in line with the Registered and Licensed Clubs award
