Golf Operations Assistant – Carbrook Golf Club
Carbrook Golf Club is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Golf Operations Assistant to join our team.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in presentation and service standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Deliver professional and friendly service to members and guests
- Manage tee time bookings, check-ins and general golf enquiries
- Assist with competition and event setup
- Prepare and maintain golf carts and equipment
- Support pro shop retail operations and sales
- Maintain presentation standards across golf operations areas
About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Computer literacy is essential (booking/POS systems experience advantageous)
- Available to work weekends and peak golf periods
- Minimum 20 hours per week availability
- Reliable, well-presented and team-oriented
- Golf knowledge desirable
- MiClub experience advantageous (not essential)
- Current RSA or willingness to obtain
- Australian work rights required
Hours & Availability
Minimum 20 hours per week, with flexibility by agreement
Rate of pay will be in line with the Registered and Licensed Clubs award
