Do you enjoy working with people and want to be part of the exciting world of golf? We’re looking for three enthusiastic and customer-focused Golf Shop Assistants to join our team and help with the day-to-day operations of our Golf Shop.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, thrives in a team environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

About the Role

Working as part of our Golf Shop team, you will help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the shop while providing a welcoming and professional experience for our members, guests and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, professional customer service to members and guests.
• Assist with daily Golf Shop operations and general administration.
• Respond to customer enquiries in person, over the phone and via email.
• Assist with golf bookings, shop transactions and other operational tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming retail environment.
• Support the wider team to ensure the efficient operation of the Golf Shop.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, approachable, organised and passionate about delivering great customer service.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous customer service experience, including handling phone and email enquiries.
• Good computer skills and confidence using IT systems.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• A current driver’s licence and reliable transport.

Desirable, but not essential:

• Knowledge of golf and an understanding of the game.
• Experience in a golf club, retail or hospitality environment.
• Confidence learning new software and technology.
