With over 1,000 Clublinksinians across VIC, NSW, QLD, and WA, we’re known for being bright, bold, nimble, and always up for a bit of fun. We have recently launched of new structure to support our business growth and are looking for a Head of People & Culture to join our team and strengthen our delivery across our network of sites.
The role
As our Head of People & Culture, you report to the Chief Corporate Services Officer to provide strategic and operational HR initiatives and support across our facilities. You’ll mentor and guide our People & Culture team, support venue managers with best-practice advice, and lead key people projects that drive engagement, performance, and growth.
Your focus will include:
- HR guidance to venue managers and operational leaders
- Coaching and mentoring
- Leading and contributing to key people projects (e.g. engagement, L&D, HRIS, DEI)
- Supporting workforce planning, talent development, and succession strategies
- Building capability across all levels of the business
- Ensuring compliance with HR policies, legislation, and best practice
- Driving initiatives that support our purpose of creating happiness and enabling people to thrive
- Collaborating with senior leaders to align people strategy with business goals

About you
You’re a confident down-to-earth HR professional with a passion for people, culture, and leadership. You bring:
- 10+ years’ experience in generalist HR roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership or advisory capacity
- Relevant HR qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and HR best practice
- Learning & development experience and ability to deliver training
- Experience in leading P&C and payroll team members
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a love for building culture
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Current police check

Salary Range – 110k – 130k p.a + depending on experience
