MiClub is Australia’s leading club and golf management software provider, supporting over 900 clubs and courses nationwide. We’re expanding our MiMembership team and seeking a motivated, detail-focused Customer Support Officer to join our new Moorabbin office.

MiMembership is our industry-leading membership management system, designed to make club administrators’ lives easier by helping them efficiently manage member accounts, payments, communications, and integrations with other club systems.

In this front-line role, you’ll be the first point of contact for clubs using MiMembership — providing friendly, accurate, and professional support to ensure a smooth experience for our clients.

Key responsibilities: 

  • Provide front-line customer support via phone and email
  • Troubleshoot and resolve membership and account queries
  • Log and track support cases with attention to detail
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and test solutions
  • Maintain clear documentation and follow-up communication

About you:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confident using and learning new technology
  • Experience in customer service, admin, or IT support preferred
  • A proactive, positive, and team-oriented attitude
