Functions Coordinator

Are you a natural relationship-builder with a passion for delivering exceptional events? North Ryde Golf Club is looking for a driven Functions Coordinator to grow our event and function business while creating memorable experiences for our members and guests.

As the first point of contact for all things functions and events, you’ll manage bookings from enquiry through to execution, develop new corporate and community business (including working alongside our golf team on corporate golf days), and partner with our hospitality staff to make sure every event runs without a hitch.

What you’ll do:

• Be the go-to person for function and event enquiries, quotes and proposals
• Proactively grow new business — corporate, social and community
• Plan and deliver flawless events, from run sheets to on-the-day execution
• Build and maintain our annual social calendar and keep listings up to date
• Support digital marketing campaigns to promote what’s on

This is a full-time, ongoing role reporting to the Clubhouse Operations Manager, working within a close-knit team across golf, hospitality and clubhouse operations.
