🍹 About the Role

We are seeking a hospitality professional to work across our food and beverage operations.

You’ll play an important role in delivering excellent service to our golfers, members, guests and event customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing friendly, professional and attentive customer service.
• Preparing and serving coffee and other beverages.
• Serving drinks and assisting with bar operations.
• Taking orders and processing payments through our POS system.
• Maintaining clean, organised and presentable service areas.
• Assisting with food and beverage service for golf events and functions.
• Working collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintaining high standards of presentation, hygiene and service.
• Assisting across different operational areas as required.

✅ About You

The successful candidate will have:

• A minimum of two years’ experience in food and beverage service, including coffee making.
• Essential bar experience.
• A current Queensland RSA certificate.
• Experience using POS systems and handling transactions.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A positive, enthusiastic attitude and strong work ethic.
• Professional personal presentation.
• The ability to work effectively in a team and independently when required.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts across a seven-day rotating roster.
• Availability to work weekends, including every weekend as rostered.
• We’re looking for someone who is reliable, adaptable and passionate about providing an outstanding guest experience.
