The Intro
Clublinks Management has been appointed to operate the newly opened Bundha Sports Centre – a state-of-the-art, all-electric, 5-star green facility designed to be a hub for sport, health, and community connection.
We are seeking a passionate Programs & Bookings Coordinator to take the lead on facility bookings, social sport competitions and programs at Bundha Sports Centre.
This is a part-time role for 25 hours per week (Tuesday – Saturday 5 hours per day)

More about the role
Reporting to the Venue Operations Manager, the Bookings & Programs Coordinator is responsible for the effective planning, coordination, and delivery of facility bookings, social sport competitions, programs, and customer experiences across Bundha Sports Centre.
You will oversee facility scheduling, stakeholder engagement, competition administration, program development and delivery, and operational compliance. You’ll also play an important role in growing participation and facility usage, introducing new programs and building strong relationships with user groups, schools, sporting clubs and community organisations.
The role also provides day-to-day leadership across operations staff, ensuring services run smoothly and customers and user groups have a great experience at the venue.
About You
You are organised, proactive and passionate about sport and recreation, with the ability to bring together bookings, programs, competitions and people to keep a busy venue running smoothly.
You will demonstrate:
- Proven experience within a similar role in a leisure, sport or community facility
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage facility schedules and competing priorities
- Experience delivering or growing social sport competitions, programs or community participation initiatives
- A customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering a great experience for user groups and facility users
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships with sporting clubs, schools and community organisations
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A commitment to creating inclusive and accessible opportunities for the community
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
