Newgreens Chatswood is a reimagined golf precinct that’s shaking up the Golf industry. The Golf course has been re-designed and will deliver a quality 12-hole layout, offering opportunities to play a shorter, more flexible game of golf for the modern golf market.

The brand-new clubhouse will be a social hub inviting the community to come together for health & wellness pursuits, entertainment and functions. Our vibrant atmosphere will offer a broad array of food and beverage options from tasty bites and refreshing drinks to intimate wine paired dinners designed to bring people together.

The Role

As the Sales Coordinator, you will report to the Newgreens Precinct Manager, and play a lead role in building the golf membership, function bookings and corporate sales.

You will be happy to roll up your sleeves and throw yourself into whatever comes your way, with accountability for;

·       Corporate Sales

·       Event bookings

·       Membership Sales

·       Sales Administration and management of CRM systems

You will:

·       Act as the client liaison for all corporate events from commencement to completion

·       Provide excellent customer service to the corporate event organisers, clients & participants

·       Follow up & generate sales leads, preparing correspondence, proposals and handling enquiries

·       Source new golf memberships

About you

·       You are on your way up in a sales / business development role with 2+ years experience

·       Your results speak for themselves – you have met and exceeded sales targets and KPI’s

·       You have experience working within the sport, hospitality and/or entertainment industries.

·       CRM systems are your friend, and you are great at managing them and keeping them current

·       You bring energy and possess excellent communication and presentation skills

·       And the boring bit – you hold a Current National Police check and Working with Children check
