Home to two distinct dining experiences, Dodici, and Tempo Café & Bistro, it also features a reimagined 12-hole golf course, premium health and wellness facilities, and a dedicated level designed specifically for events, functions, corporate gatherings, celebrations, and community experiences. With a growing calendar of corporate functions, social celebrations, community events, and private gatherings, we are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Sales & Events Coordinator to join our team.

Clublinks Management partners with local government, tertiary institutions and private organisations to manage high-performing leisure, aquatic, golf and community facilities across NSW, QLD, VIC and WA.

The Role
As the Sales & Events Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving event sales and coordinating a diverse range of corporate, social, and community events across the precinct.
Working closely with clients, suppliers, and operational teams, you will be responsible for managing the event journey from initial enquiry through to successful delivery, creating memorable guest experiences
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing event and function enquiries from initial contact through to event completion
- Conducting tours to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Liaising with clients to confirm event requirements, timelines, menus, and function details
- Preparing proposals, contracts, function sheets, run sheets, and operational briefs
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders
- Working closely with Food & Beverage, Kitchen and Operations teams to ensure seamless event delivery
- Coordinating suppliers, entertainers, stylists, and external vendors where required
- Providing on-the-day event support to ensure client expectations are exceeded
- Identifying opportunities to grow event and function revenue through exceptional service and relationship management
About You
- Previous experience in event coordination
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- Confident in converting enquiries into bookings and identifying sales opportunities
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and build positive stakeholder relationships
- Strong administration and computer skills, including experience with booking or CRM systems
- Flexible availability across a 7-day roster, including evenings and weekends
