Landers Pocket is looking for Senior Golf Central Supervisors to help lead the day-to-day buzz of Golf Central – our home for range sessions, retail, coaching, memberships, great service and good times.

Golf Central is where members, guests and visitors arrive, ask questions, book bays, grab gear, meet friends, have a hit, enjoy food and drinks, sign up, learn, shop and come back for more. It is the centre of the golf experience at Landers Pocket, and we are looking for confident, upbeat leaders to help bring it to life.

Each role reports to the Head of Golf and plays an important part in making Golf Central feel smooth, welcoming, organised and full of energy.

About the Roles

As a Senior Golf Central Supervisor, you will be one of the key people on the floor making sure the day runs well.

You will support the team, keep service moving, help customers, solve problems, maintain standards and make sure members and guests have a great experience from the moment they arrive.

Some days will be busy. Some days will be fast. Some days will involve range bays, retail sales, membership chats, coffee orders, coaching bookings, customer questions and a dozen things happening at once.

That is exactly why this role matters.

You will help create the kind of place people want to return to — not just because the golf is good, but because the service, atmosphere and team make it feel easy and enjoyable.

The Focus Areas

Senior Golf Central Supervisor – Retail

For someone who loves great products, sharp presentation and helping customers find the right gear.

You will help keep the retail shop looking fresh, organised and easy to shop. You will support stock control, merchandising, ordering, product displays, sales and customer recommendations.

This role suits someone who notices the little things, enjoys selling through service and understands that a well-presented shop can make a big difference.

Senior Golf Central Supervisor – Membership

For someone who enjoys people, relationships and creating a sense of belonging.

You will support membership enquiries, sign-ups, activations, onboarding and retention. You will help new members feel welcome, help existing members stay engaged and make sure people understand what Landers Pocket has to offer.

This role suits someone who is warm, organised, confident in conversation and great at following through.

Senior Golf Central Supervisor – Hospitality

For someone who loves service, pace and creating a great atmosphere.

You will help lead the hospitality service within Golf Central, making sure food, beverage and customer service feel seamless as part of the overall golf experience.

You will report to the Head of Golf and work closely with the Head of Hospitality to keep service standards high, the team supported and the customer experience consistent with the broader Landers Pocket offering.

This role suits someone who can lead a busy shift, keep things moving and still make customers feel looked after.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will:

• Help lead the Golf Central team during shifts.
• Create a welcoming, upbeat and professional customer experience.
• Support range bookings, bay activity, customer flow and golf services.
• Keep the team organised, informed and focused.
• Assist with retail, membership or hospitality operations, depending on your focus area.
• Help train, support and encourage team members.
• Keep Golf Central clean, sharp, stocked and ready for trade.
• Respond to customer questions, feedback and issues with confidence.
• Support daily handovers, reporting and basic administration.
• Work closely with the Head of Golf and other department leaders.
• Bring energy, initiative and a “let’s get it done” attitude.

About You

You do not need to be a golf pro. You do need to love great service, enjoy working with people and be comfortable leading from the front.

You might come from golf, retail, hospitality, sport, leisure, events, memberships, customer service or a busy venue environment.

You will be a great fit if you are:

• Friendly, confident and calm under pressure.
• A natural team player who can also take charge.
• Hands-on and happy to jump in where needed.
• Organised, reliable and switched on.
• Good with customers and comfortable having conversations.
• Proud of presentation and service standards.
• Able to keep things moving when it gets busy.
• Interested in golf, sport, hospitality and creating memorable experiences.
• Experienced in supervising or leading a team.
• For hospitality-focused roles, RSA and food safety experience will be highly regarded.
