Overview
Position Type: PGA Professional An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic PGA Professional to join the team at Federal Golf Club as a Teaching Professional. This role is ideal for a motivated coach looking to develop their coaching experience, build strong relationships within a thriving Club environment, and make a genuine impact through coaching, junior development, and game participation initiatives.
The role also includes strong opportunities to conduct club fittings, with alignment to leading brands including Titleist, PING, and Callaway. This presents an excellent opportunity to generate additional income through fitting commissions, supported by access to leading equipment and fitting technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individual lessons, group clinics, and on-course coaching to golfers of all ages and abilities.
- Assist in growing the Club’s junior development and beginner participation programs.
- Work with local schools to help introduce new players to the game.
- Support game development initiatives, member engagement activities, and fitting events.
- Conduct club fittings and assist with brand demo days.
- Build strong relationships with members, guests, and fellow staff.

About You
- Australian PGA Member or Accredited Professional.
- Passionate about coaching and growing the game.
- Strong communicator with a friendly and professional approach.
- Organised, reliable, and motivated.
- Holds a current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- Available to work weekends and school holiday periods as required.
