This cutting-edge environment will offer PGA Professionals an outstanding platform to coach, analyze, and develop players of all skill levels year-round.

We are seeking a fully qualified PGA Teaching Professional to join our team and deliver golf instruction to members and visitors. With nearly 1,200 active members and over 60,000 competitive rounds annually, there is an excellent opportunity to build a strong client base and contribute to the growth of a vibrant coaching program.

About the Role

You’ll work closely with the Head Teaching Professional and Director of Golf to promote and deliver engaging coaching programs for golfers of all ages and skill levels.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Conducting individual and group coaching sessions
  • Supporting junior and women’s golf development programs, including:
    • Junior Academy, Term Clinics & School Holiday Programs
    • Women’s Introduction to Golf Program
  • Assisting in training and mentoring junior instructors
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and professional practice environment
  • Keeping teaching aids, equipment, and technology in excellent condition
  • Using modern coaching tools such as TrackMan and video analysis to enhance instruction
  • About You

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Certified PGA Member of Australia – Advanced in Coaching preferred
  • Current WWVP Check
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in golf instruction
  • Proficient in using TrackMan and video analysis software
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and a proactive self-starter
  • Passionate about player development across all demographics
  • Familiarity with the local golf market (preferred)
