About Tracked Golf

Tracked Golf is a modern indoor golf facility in Adelaide, South Australia, built around TrackMan technology, professional coaching, practice and entertainment.

We provide golfers with a premium environment to play, practice and improve, with 24/7 access available to our members and a growing community of golfers.

As Tracked Golf continues to grow across multiple locations, we are expanding our coaching team and looking for multiple golf professionals to join us.

We are currently looking for two different types of coaches:

1. Senior Golf Coach / Academy Lead
   An experienced professional who can build a strong personal coaching business while also helping lead the development of Tracked Golf Academy.
2. Golf Coach / Developing PGA Professional
   A motivated and ambitious coach who wants to establish their own client base and build a successful long-term coaching career.

Opportunity 1 – Senior Golf Coach / Academy Lead

We are looking for an experienced PGA Professional who wants to do more than simply deliver lessons.

This opportunity is suited to someone who can build and maintain a strong personal coaching business while also taking a leading role in the development of Tracked Golf Academy and our wider coaching team.

The opportunity may include:

• Leading and mentoring other coaches
• Developing structured coaching programmes and clinics
• Helping establish and grow Tracked Golf Academy
• Developing junior and player-development pathways
• Leading initiatives such as the Tracked Golf Academy Scholarship Program
• Contributing to coaching standards, marketing and content
• Building and maintaining a strong personal coaching client base

We are looking for someone with proven coaching experience, strong leadership and communication skills, a commercial mindset, and the ability to build and retain clients.

Experience with TrackMan and technology-based coaching is highly valued.

Opportunity 2 – Golf Coach / Developing PGA Professional

We are also looking for motivated and ambitious coaches who want to build their own coaching business and establish a strong client base.

You do not necessarily need decades of experience. We are more interested in your coaching ability, attitude, reliability, work ethic and willingness to grow.

For the right coach, we believe there is an opportunity to build towards approximately 10–20+ coaching sessions per week within the first three months, with further growth depending on your own effort, client conversion and retention.

We are particularly interested in coaches who are comfortable promoting themselves, creating coaching content, following up leads and actively building long-term relationships with students.
