It’s important to us to be transparent during the entire process utilising regular communication with you and to most importantly stay neutral when it comes time for contract negotiation.

This service is tailored for the small club or business that needs assistance in finding the right candidate, in a short timeframe (ie 30-45 days). It’s also for clubs that want expert advice but may not have the budget to undertake a full recruitment process and will undertake some of it themselves.
Includes Amplify your ad reach service as outlined above, but all applications are sent to us for review and vetting down to Top 10 candidates. We conduct initial contact of each of the candidates to gather further information. All information is then forwarded to you for actual interviewing and hiring. Our service will include notification to all applicants that were unsuccessful.
Includes Top 10 – Express Search services as outlined above, but we conduct further interviews (Live and virtual) to vet to the Top 3 candidates. We will facilitate the entire process (except for final interviews and reference checks).
Includes Top 3 – Short List services as outlined above, but we provide full service from the start of the process to the final contract negotiation. We facilitate the live interview processes as required to secure the final candidates. Reference checks and final contract negotiations are all included. We will also stay in regular contact to ensure the final candidate has a smooth transition into the role for a 6-mth period after being hired.
