You will set the standard for your bar team to exceed expectations through superior service, build rapport with members and guests, and use your hospitality intuition and attention to detail to provide exceptional experiences.

About our role

This pivotal role focuses on a collaborating seamlessly with our Restaurant Manager to deliver beverage service without compromise, to ensure we are providing a truly world class experience at every turn.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming members and guests, creating unique and classic drinks presented in a high-end stylish manner
• Ability to serve drinks to a consistently high standard
• Support in leading and training the team in mixology and bartending
• Ensure members and guest preferences are noted to enhance their experience and exceed expectations

About you

With strong leadership capabilities and service driven attitude you will excel in this position, other experience and attributes that would be beneficial to your success include:

• Experience in the high-end hospitality industry, including extensive knowledge of mixology, wine and spirits
• Exceptional communication skills both internally and externally, with the ability to build rapport well with members and guests
• A high level of organisation and the ability to prioritise with ease
• Full understanding of the required sequence and standards for a high-end experience
• Full Driver’s License

Availability to work weekends, evenings and public holiday

Please note this role is for 32 hours minimum per week.
