The Chef de Partie will play a key role in supporting kitchen operations and ensuring the consistent production and delivery of high-quality food across all hospitality outlets at NewGreens Chatswood.

• A vibrant 200-seat indoor/outdoor Café & Bistro on the ground floor
• A versatile multi-room functions and events space with a capacity of 200 guests
• A premium 150-seat rooftop Restaurant & Lounge offering elevated dining experiences

About You

We’re looking for a passionate and driven Chef de Partie with the following:

• 2+ years of proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
• Cert IV in Commercial Cookery and Food Safety Supervisor certification
• Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays
• A strong track record in fast-paced food & beverage environments, consistently delivering high-quality results
• Creativity, energy, and a genuine passion for the culinary arts
• Experience in stocktaking and maintaining kitchen efficiency
• A vibrant and proactive approach to teamwork and service
• Current First Aid certification and a National Police Check
