Head Chef – Collier Park Golf
Website Clublinks Management Pty Ltd

The role
We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to take the lead of the kitchen operations at Collier Park and play a major role in bringing our new hospitality operation to life.
With Collier Park undergoing a $20m transformation, this isn’t just about stepping into an existing kitchen. You’ll have the opportunity to help shape the menu, kitchen operations and overall food experience as we prepare for the opening of a brand-new restaurant and dedicated function centre in 2027.
From busy restaurant casual dining to upscale functions and events, you’ll lead a kitchen that needs to deliver consistently great food across a varied hospitality offering.
The Venue
Collier Park is in the process of a huge $20m transformation, set for completion in mid 2027 with the restaurant and function spaces opening in March ‘27. This exciting new chapter includes a 200pax restaurant, a dedicated 200pax function centre, an entertainment based full-service driving range, and a busy kiosk servicing new padel courts, a kids playground and the existing 27 holes of golf and 18 hole mini golf course.
It’s a significant chapter for Collier Park and an opportunity to help establish a hospitality offering from the ground up within one of Perth’s evolving recreation destinations.

More Detail
Reporting to the Venue Manager and our National Executive Chef, you’ll take ownership of the kitchen and food operations at Collier Park, working closely with the team to create an offering that works just as well for a casual lunch as it does for a major function or event.
Importantly, you’ll also be involved in the lead-up to the new venue opening, helping establish the kitchen operation, menus, systems and team.
The role will include:
- Leading the day-to-day kitchen operation and maintaining high standards across food quality, presentation and service
- Developing seasonal and commercially focused menus across restaurant, functions and events
- Recruiting, developing and leading a strong kitchen team
- Managing food costs, labour, stock, suppliers and kitchen budgets
- Ensuring food safety, compliance and kitchen standards are consistently maintained
- Working closely with the hospitality and venue teams to deliver great customer service across the restaurant, functions and events and golfer experience
About you
Ideally you:
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar Head Chef role
- Cert IV in Commercial Cookery & Food Safety Supervisor certification
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Experience in fast-paced hospitality environments
- Strong functions and events background
- Creativity in menu design and event catering
- Contractor and stakeholder management experience
- First Aid, Working with Children Check, and Police Check
This is a great opportunity for a chef who wants more than just another kitchen role. You’ll be joining Collier Park at a unique point in its history and will have the chance to help shape what the food offering looks like as the new venue comes to life.
Please don’t delay in sending through your applications with a cover letter and current resume as applications will be reviewed as they are received with the role to commence in December ’26/January ’27.
