If you’re looking for something outside the usual restaurant or bar grind, this is it. Landers Pocket blends golf, food, drinks, events and big group energy into one high-octane venue — and we’re building the team to run it. No golf background required (though it’s a bonus if you’ve got one) — what matters is that you can create great guest experiences under pressure, whether you’re on the floor or leading it.

We’re hiring across two levels:

• Experience Team Member — the front line of the guest experience, running bays, welcoming groups, and keeping the energy up.
• Experience Supervisor — the floor leader linking the Experience team and hospitality team, running shifts and coaching the team.

What you’ll do

Experience Team Member

• Welcome guests, check in bookings and walk-ins, and get groups set up in their bays
• Keep bay presentation, Toptracer flow, AV/screens and mini golf setup (clubs, course presentation, signage, hazard checks) game-ready
• Spot and act on service recovery and upsell opportunities naturally
• Support corporate and group events on the floor, following run sheets
• Flag issues to the Supervisor or Experience Manager as they come up

Experience Supervisor (in addition to the above)

• Run the shift — allocate roles, manage breaks and coverage, keep service areas calm and organised, solve issues on the spot, and flag anything bigger to the Experience Manager
• Own the guest experience — coordinate group and corporate events via run sheets, handle escalated service recovery
• Coach the team — onboard new starters, run training refreshers, give in-the-moment feedback, and help build a team culture that’s professional but genuinely fun
• Keep the venue game-ready — oversee bay presentation, Toptracer flow, AV/screens and mini golf setup at a shift-wide level

What you’ll bring

Experience Team Member

• A genuine interest in hospitality, entertainment, sport, or guest-facing roles
• Confidence working a busy floor and staying calm under pressure
• Clear, friendly communication with guests and teammates
• Comfort with basic venue tech and troubleshooting
• A safety-first mindset in a dynamic environment with kids, groups, alcohol and equipment
• Availability across peak periods, including evenings and weekends
• Any golf or golf-entertainment experience (Topgolf, XGolf, etc.) is a genuine plus but far from essential

Experience Supervisor (in addition to the above)

• Supervisory or management experience in hospitality, entertainment, sport, or fast-casual venues
• Confidence making quick calls and directing a team under pressure
• A coaching mindset and natural ability to lift standards in real time
