What you can expect in a day in this role:
As a Gaming Attendant at Country Club, you’ll help create a great experience for our guests during their visit. Your exceptional customer service skills will shine as you engage with guests, assist with enquiries and help maintain a vibrant and positive atmosphere.
Day to day, you will:
- Assist customers with questions and enquiries
- Monitor the gaming floor while maintaining safety protocols
- Ensure the area is safe, clean, and machines are easily accessible to customers
- Report faults or technical issues promptly
What you will bring to the role:
To be successful in this role, you will bring a positive attitude, strong initiative and great communication skills. We also look for:
- Flexibility and availability to work across a variety of shifts, including weekends, nights and public holidays.
- Experience in, and a passion for, delivering exceptional guest service and making each visit to Country Club a memorable one.
- You will need to be aged 18 years or over and have the ability to pay for and obtain a Responsible Conduct of Gaming (RCG) certificate and gaming licence.
An appointee to this role may be subject to pre-employment and ongoing screening checks.
