The Intro
Clublinks Management has been appointed to manage and operate the state-of-the-art Northcote Aquatic and Recreation Centre (NARC) on behalf of the City of Darebin.
NARC opened its doors in 2023, this fully accessible venue consists of indoor and outdoor pools, aquatic play spaces, gym and group fitness studios, health suites, café, reformer pilates studio, change rooms and outdoor relaxation areas.
We are on the hunt for an enthusiastic and people-oriented F&B Coordinator, who will be an integral part of the NARC leadership team, playing a key part in elevating the F&B experience, driving revenue, and leading a team to deliver outstanding service and operational excellence

Northcote Aquatic and Recreation Centre (NARC) is the fifth venue managed by Clublinks in Darebin, in partnership with the City of Darebin. Other venues currently managed in Darebin include two community Indoor Sports Stadiums – Narrandjeri Stadium and Darebin Community Sports Stadium (DCSS), along with two public golf course Bundoora Park Public Golf Course and Northcote Public Golf Course.
More about the role
Reporting to the Darebin F&B Manager, this role will be an integral part of the NARC leadership team, responsible for overseeing all Food & Beverage offerings at NARC.
Responsibilities for this hands-on role will include:
- People Management & Leadership
- Ensure the exceptional delivery of customer service standards and that staff are held accountable for service delivery
- Roster Management
- Stock and inventory management – including ordering, unpacking, merchandising and stock takes
- Ensure F&B areas remain in a useable, safe and presentable state at all times
- Ensure adherence to the Food Safety Plan and hygiene standards and compliance levels
- Lead great customer experience for all members and visitors
- Ensure that all venue policies and procedures are followed by the hospitality team

All about you
You will have:
- 2 + proven years’ experience working in a similar role within the Hospitality, Entertainment and/or Recreation industries.
- Excellent people management skills
- Flexible to work days/evenings and weekends
- Excellent communication, time management and multi-tasking skills
- Proven track record of working in a high paced, active F&B entertainment space
- Vibrant and energetic energy
- Safe Food handling certification
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Working with Children Check and National Police Check
