Elanora Country Club is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Golf Course Foreman to join our progressive course management team.
This opportunity is ideally suited to a qualified greenkeeper looking to take the next step in their career and play a key role in the ongoing development of one of Australia’s best private clubs.

Situated on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, Elanora Country Club features an 18-hole championship golf course, practice facilities, bowling greens, croquet lawns and tennis courts, all surrounded by National Park with spectacular coastal views.

About the Role

Working closely with the Director of Grounds and Course Manager, you will assist in leading and developing a talented team while maintaining exceptional playing surfaces across the property.

The position provides exposure to:

• Team leadership and staff development
• Golf course presentation and tournament preparation
• Irrigation and water management
• Construction and renovation projects
• Modern turf management technologies
• Machinery operation and maintenance coordination
