We’re seeking a proactive and customer-focused Golf Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day operations at Queens Park Golf Course. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering great on-course experiences, supporting golf operations, and engaging with the local community.

This position will be required to work a Tuesday – Saturday roster.

Key Responsibilities

You will hit the ground running, providing exceptional operational coordination across the golf business with accountability for;

• Leading outstanding customer experience
• Leading the casual Golf Operations team
• Managing sales, POS system and financial reporting
• Stock management and ordering
• Facility management & maintenance
• Workplace health and safety
• Organisation & facilitation of events
• Handling feedback & conflict resolution

About you

Ideally you possess the following skills, experience and qualifications:

• Golf operations and/or industry experience
• Proven golf and business systems experience
• Proven leadership experience or desire to step-up into a leadership role.
• Excellent communication, time management and multi-tasking skills
• Proven ability to work and achieve exceptional results in a fast-paced, active environment
• Proven business and financial acumen
• Proven contractor and stakeholder relationship building & management
• Energetic and vibrant approach
• Current National Police check, Working with Children check and First Aid & CPR qualifications
• PGA qualification advantageous but not essential
