We’re seeking a proactive and customer-focused Golf Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day operations at Queens Park Golf Course. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering great on-course experiences, supporting golf operations, and engaging with the local community.
This position will be required to work a Tuesday – Saturday roster.

Key Responsibilities
You will hit the ground running, providing exceptional operational coordination across the golf business with accountability for;
- Leading outstanding customer experience
- Leading the casual Golf Operations team
- Managing sales, POS system and financial reporting
- Stock management and ordering
- Facility management & maintenance
- Workplace health and safety
- Organisation & facilitation of events
- Handling feedback & conflict resolution
About you
Ideally you possess the following skills, experience and qualifications:
- Golf operations and/or industry experience
- Proven golf and business systems experience
- Proven leadership experience or desire to step-up into a leadership role.
- Excellent communication, time management and multi-tasking skills
- Proven ability to work and achieve exceptional results in a fast-paced, active environment
- Proven business and financial acumen
- Proven contractor and stakeholder relationship building & management
- Energetic and vibrant approach
- Current National Police check, Working with Children check and First Aid & CPR qualifications
- PGA qualification advantageous but not essential
