Frankton Golf Centre is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Golf Retail Assistant to join our team in a full-time role. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about golf to gain hands-on experience in retail and golf operations.
What you’ll be doing / He aha te mahi
- Assisting in the day-to-day operations of the Pro Shop, including sales and customer service.
- Supporting and delivering coaching sessions under the guidance of senior professionals.
- Helping to manage the driving range and practice facilities.
- Engaging with members and guests to enhance their experience at the centre.
- Maintaining and managing golf equipment and facilities.
- Continuing your PGA training and professional development.
What you’ll bring to the role / Ko wai to Pukeka
- A keen golfer.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- A proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Retail or coaching experience (preferred but not essential).
