Golf Retail Manager – Lake Karrinyup Country Club

The Golf Retail Manager reports directly to the Director of Golf and is responsible for the effective seven-day-a-week operation and management of the Golf Shop and associated services befitting of a premier private golf club.
The following key qualities are essential.
- Minimum 3 Years Retail Management Experience in a similar role – Golf Industry experience is preferred.
- Excellent Customer Service and Organisational Skills.
- Strong attention to detail and merchandising experience preferred.
- Ability to manage a large stock inventory efficiently.
- Ability to confidently train and manage the retail aspects of our team.
- Ability to embrace challenges and deliver exceptional service and results.
- Strong knowledge of golf retail products preferred but not essential.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time efficiently.
- Ability to work hands-on, independently and within a team environment.
- Strong business acumen and financial skills.
- Experience with Northstar Club Management Software and MiClub Golf Management Software preferred but not essential.
- Comply with the Work, Health and Safety policies and requirements
- First Aid Certificate preferred but not essential.
Full-time hours will be set across the days of Tuesday-Saturday, or a Sunday-Thursday roster.
