The Role

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be a key part of our Front Office team the first smile our guests see and the lasting impression they take with them. This is a dynamic, hands‑on hybrid role offering variety, autonomy, and the chance to create memorable moments every day.

What You Bring:

  • Experience in hospitality or guest-facing roles (five-star experience a bonus)
  • A passion for luxury service and creating memorable guest journeys, with a positive can-do attitude
  • Strong communication skills across a variety of platforms; in person, telephone, and via the computer
  • Confidence in billing, cash-handling, and account management
  • Experience with systems and confidence using computers
  • Agilysys/Versa system experience is highly regarded
  • Immaculate presentation and professional grooming
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a large, diverse team
  • Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to multitask under pressure
  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • A full driver’s license (P endorsement desirable — we can support you to obtain this)

Location: Arrowtown, Queenstown

Hours: Full-time permanent (30 hours per week guaranteed)
