The Role

At Millbrook we are committed to excellence, and we are looking for people who share the same passion for high standards, exceptional service and teamwork. These are hands-on roles supporting stock management, internal logistics, deliveries and sustainability practices across the resort.

You will play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly, while also supporting waste, recycling and composting processes that contribute to our sustainability goals. You will help ensure Stores operates in a tidy, organised and reliable way, whilst also supporting efficient waste and recycling systems across the property. Working closely with the Commercial Manager, Landscaping Manager and wider team, you will contribute to a well-run operation that supports departments across the resort.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and organising Stores-controlled stock, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
  • Monitoring stock levels, supporting stock rotation and reducing waste
  • Supporting beverage stock control and internal stock transfers
  • Receiving and distributing deliveries, parcels and goods across the resort
  • Assisting with stocktakes and maintaining accurate stock records
  • Using PurchasePlus (or learning the system) for stock movements and processes
  • Supporting waste, recycling and composting practices across the resort
  • Monitoring waste streams and helping improve sustainability practices
  • Supporting departments with clear communication and timely service

About you:

  • Practical, hands-on and reliable, with a strong work ethic
  • Well organised with good attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a busy, operational environment
  • Confident communicating with a wide range of teams
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Interest in sustainability and environmentally responsible practices
  • Experience in stock control, stores, logistics or hospitality operations is beneficial
  • Comfortable with physical work and manual handling
  • Full NZ driver license required

Location: Arrowtown, Queenstown

Hours: This role includes seven-day Stores coverage and approximately 10 hours per week dedicated to sustainability. We are flexible in how this is structured across two positions, with full-time and part-time opportunities available.
