The House / Operations Manager is responsible for the effective day-to-day operation of the Hawks Nest Golf Club clubhouse, ensuring a high standard of member and guest service, efficient use of labour and resources, compliance with relevant legislation and Club policies, and the maintenance of a safe, welcoming and professional environment.

The role provides hands-on leadership to the Club’s operational teams, with responsibility for ensuring the bar, gaming, member services, functions and general clubhouse operations are appropriately staffed, supervised and managed.

Working closely with the General Manager and department managers, the House / Operations Manager will play an important role in achieving the Club’s financial, operational and member service objectives, while contributing to the continued development and improvement of the Club’s overall offering.
