Indooroopilly Golf Club is entering one of the most exciting periods in its 100-year history. Having recently celebrated its Centenary, the Club has invested more than $25 million over the last three years into its golf courses, clubhouse and facilities, and is now delivering a new Strategic Plan that will continue to strengthen our position as the leader in our market.

To help deliver that vision, we are seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager.
About the opportunity
Reporting to the Executive Chef and working as a key member of the Club’s leadership team, the Hospitality Manager is responsible for the operational leadership of Indooroopilly Golf Club’s hospitality operation.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will lead the day-to-day delivery of exceptional hospitality experiences across member dining, bars, weddings, corporate events, golf days, retirement village dining and major Club events. Working closely with the Executive Chef, you will lead and inspire a high-performing front of house team while driving service excellence, operational efficiency and commercial performance.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced hospitality leader who enjoys developing people, building strong member relationships and creating memorable hospitality experiences in a premium private club environment.
About you
We’re seeking an experienced hospitality professional with a genuine passion for people, service and leadership.
You will ideally bring:
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a premium hospitality, club, hotel or resort environment.
- A proven ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing hospitality teams.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, including labour management, rostering, inventory control and cost management.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer and member experiences.
- Excellent communication, organisational and relationship-building skills.
- A collaborative leadership style with the ability to build strong working relationships across all departments.
- A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement, innovation and operational excellence.
Most importantly, you’ll be a visible and approachable leader who leads by example, takes pride in developing others and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

An attractive remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful applicant based on qualifications and experience.
This is a full-time salaried middle-management level position incorporating regular weekend work. Flexibility is required to meet the operational needs of the Club, including attendance at selected additional events and member functions.
