The National is a world class, private golf club, providing unique member experiences on four golf courses across two sites at Cape Schanck and Long Island.

In addition to having access to four world class golf courses, all ranked within Australia’s top 50, our members enjoy state-of-the-art facilities and service. About the role

The National Golf Club is looking to engage casual kitchen hands to join our friendly and dedicated team. The role requires flexibility to work evenings as well as weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Washing dishes and utensils, either by hand or using an industrial dishwasher
• Cleaning and restocking food preparation areas, equipment, appliances, and storage
• Retrieving, lifting, handling, and storing food deliveries
• Retrieving food items as requested by chefs or cooks

About you

• Experience in high volume kitchens
• Able to work well under pressure
• Working rights in Australia
• Excellent organisational skills
• Display initiative and act with professionalism at all times
