Centennial Parklands Netball is seeking a Netball Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and organised Netball Coordinator to support the continued growth and delivery of our thriving competition at Parklands Sports Centre.

About the Role

you will oversee the operations of the netball competition, ensuring a high-quality experience for players, umpires, and stakeholders. You will be responsible for game delivery, staff coordination, administration, and supporting the ongoing growth of the competition.

Working Hours

Tuesday evenings: 4:00pm – 9:30pm

Thursday evenings: 4:00pm – 9:00pm

Competitions run year-round (excluding public holidays)

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage weekly netball competitions
• Lead, support and roster umpires and game day staff
• Ensure competitions run smoothly, safely and on schedule
• Maintain a positive and inclusive environment for all participants
• Manage player, team and stakeholder communications
• Resolve issues or incidents in a timely and professional manner
• Complete administrative tasks to support competition delivery

Skills & Experience

• A genuine passion for netball
• Proven experience leading or coordinating teams, umpires, or support staff
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Sound problem-solving skills with the ability to manage issues calmly and effectively
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
