About the Role
Reporting to the Course Superintendent, this hands-on role is responsible for assisting in the maintenance and presentation of our championship golf courses to the highest possible standard.
Key responsibilities include:
- Daily golf course maintenance and presentation
- Mowing and setup of greens, tees, fairways, and surrounds
- Bunker maintenance and course preparation
- Irrigation monitoring and repairs
- Safe operation of turf machinery and equipment
- Chemical and fertiliser applications
- Assisting with course improvement projects
- Contributing to a positive and productive team environment
About You
The successful applicant will possess:
- Certificate III in Sports Turf Management (or equivalent)
- Chemical application accreditation (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience working on a golf course or sports turf facility (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation standards
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability
- Current driver’s licence
