Landers Pocket is Brisbane’s premier active entertainment precinct near Brisbane Airport’s Skygate – home to Golf Central’s Toptracer driving range, golf greens and two mini golf courses, award winning 4 Pines Brewery, and a growing calendar of outdoor events. As the venue continues to grow, our facilities, technology, and equipment need to be in the hands of someone who takes real ownership of how everything runs.

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Team Leader – Maintenance to lead day-to-day facility maintenance across the site, keeping our bays, technology, machinery, and public areas safe, functional, and presented to a premium standard. The role is also responsible to ensure the collection of golf balls from the range.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and oversee general maintenance of driving range bays and all facility areas
• Complete minor repairs promptly
• Replace, maintain, and troubleshoot TVs and Toptracer units in bays and common areas
• Maintain the picker machine and all moving parts within the ball return room
• Lead the range ball picker team to ensure a sufficient golf ball supply is always available for customers.
• Maintain and present all synthetic grass areas across the precinct
• Ensure both mini golf courses to well presented, well maintained and are in a  safe and playable standard.
• Oversee rubbish removal and bin management across the site
• Identify maintenance issues early and act proactively to prevent downtime
• Plan and prioritise daily and weekly maintenance tasks, working independently while supporting and reporting to the Golf & Maintenance Superintendent

What We’re Looking For

• Experienced maintenance professional or trade-qualified person seeking a varied, hands-on role
• Ability to work weekends
• Comfortable working across a wide range of tasks and problem-solving on the go
• Strong working knowledge of WHS requirements and safe work practices
• Reliable, proactive, and able to adapt to a growing and evolving facility
• Current driver’s licence (essential)
