The Vintage Golf Club is seeking expressions of interest from a motivated and passionate PGA Professional to join The Vintage Golf Academy.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to establish and grow their coaching profile at one of Australia’s premier golf destinations, with The Vintage currently ranked No. 60 in Australia.

The Vintage is currently undertaking a significant upgrade of its practice and coaching facilities, including the development of a 12-bay undercover driving range featuring Toptracer technology and coaching licences. Combined with our existing practice facilities, this will provide an outstanding environment for delivering high-quality golf instruction.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a PGA Professional who is passionate about coaching, has a genuine desire to grow the game of golf and possesses a positive, down-to-earth and “can-do” attitude.

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to operate their own coaching business from The Vintage Golf Academy under a Golf Services Agreement with The Vintage Golf Club, whereby they will be appointed as an independent subcontractor.

There is significant opportunity for the right PGA Professional to build their profile and client base at The Vintage through a range of coaching activities, including:

• One-on-one golf lessons
• Junior coaching
• Group coaching and clinics
• School holiday programs
• Corporate and group coaching
• Beginner and pathway programs
• On-course coaching
• Utilizing Toptracer technology to enhance the coaching experience

Facilities & Coaching Access

The successful PGA Professional will have access to The Vintage Golf Academy’s practice facilities to conduct coaching sessions 7 days a week, including:

• 12-bay undercover Toptracer driving range
• Chipping green
• Putting green
• On-course coaching opportunities
• The upgraded facilities will provide a modern, all-weather coaching environment and create opportunities to deliver innovative and engaging coaching programs for golfers of all ages and abilities.

About You

We are seeking a PGA Professional who:

• Holds current PGA coaching accreditation
• Holds a current Police Check
• Holds a current Working with Children Check
• Has a genuine passion for golf and coaching
• Has a down-to-earth, approachable and professional personality
• Demonstrates a positive “can-do” attitude
• Is passionate about growing participation in golf
• Is confident working with golfers of varying ages and abilities
• Is motivated to build their own coaching profile and business
• Can work collaboratively with other Teaching Professionals and The Vintage Golf Academy team
